Hey, I’m Payal Jhaveri, a Senior Product Designer at Starbucks. I love turning complex systems, dense data, and emerging technology into experiences that feel clear, useful, and surprisingly simple.
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve designed enterprise and consumer products at Starbucks, Microsoft, and Flyhomes, including AI-powered tools used by thousands of sellers and field leaders, data-rich platforms, design systems, and customer-facing journeys. I’m especially drawn to problems where information is messy, workflows are complicated, and thoughtful design can create real clarity.
My work sits at the intersection of product thinking, AI, systems, and visual storytelling. I’m fluent in Figma, enjoy prototyping beyond it, and increasingly use React, Python, and AI-assisted design-to-code workflows to bring ideas to life faster.
Outside of design, you’ll usually find me hiking forest trails, meditating outdoors, or experimenting with sweet-and-spicy vegan recipes in the kitchen, sometimes on YouTube.
