Brochure design for the Chinatown
area in Vancouver

My main task was to create a brochure design for the Investment team in Avison Young for reach out in the Chinatown area in Vancouver. I designed the map and created a tenant map of all the tenants in the Chinatown. We did
in-house photography for this project. The challenge with this brochure was creating a unique piece that distinguishes other Avison young brochures but still keeps the brand elements.
