Griffith Drive Proposal Design

I created this custom design proposal for Investment team during my tenure at Avison Young. While at Avison young, I curated template for all four sector Office, Retail, Industry and Investment. But this proposal was of high value and using the template didn’t make sense. Hence I created custom proposal design to suit the needs.
